At Pet-O-Full, pet safety and product quality are our highest priorities. Since pet food products are consumable items, we maintain strict return and refund guidelines.
1. Return Eligibility
Pet food products are eligible for return/replacement only in the following cases:
– Wrong product delivered.
– Product received in damaged condition.
– Product packaging is tampered with during delivery.
– Manufacturing defect or quality issue reported immediately after delivery.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Returns will not be accepted for:
– Opened pet food packets.
– Used or partially consumed products.
– Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
– Orders placed incorrectly by customers.
– Change of preference after purchase.
Due to hygiene and pet safety standards, opened food products cannot be resold. Right4Paws
3. Return Process
To request a return/replacement:

Include:
– Order ID
– Product details
– Images/videos showing the issue
– Reason for return request
Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.
4. Replacement Policy
If the claim is approved:
– Replacement will be shipped after verification.
– Replacement timelines may vary depending on product availability.
5. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Refund timelines:
– Prepaid orders: 5–10 business days after approval.
– COD orders: Refund process will be communicated after verification.
Bank processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
